Upgrading Regional Passenger Lines

The Loddon Mallee RDA is seeking funding to support Dual track operation between Bendigo and Kyneton. The patronage of the Bendigo VLine service has increased to 1.25 million trips per year. Many freight vehicles are forced to either use a longer route or switch to a less efficient older-style truck.
