The Toolbox is designed to support communities to understand and respond to the changes and challenges happening in small towns. The Toolbox resources will help you to map and build your community through understanding what is driving the changes and what will make your town stronger.
The Bridging the Digital Divide report was developed by Explor Consulting on behalf of the Loddon Mallee RDA Committee. The guide supports the Region’s aspirations for prosperous, connected and resilient communities and a diverse and robust economy. It provides a roadmap for the Region that will bridge the digital divide and strengthen access to health, education and employment services in small towns.
